What shipping method do you use?
All watches were ordered from tagheuerwatches.to are shipped via EMS/DHL/UPS. After your order is shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number via email.
Is my payment information secure?
Our credit card payment gateway server encrypts all payment information (credit card number and expiration date, etc.) and uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transmit your payment information.
How much does the shipping cost?
When you click “Add to Cart”, you can see the specific shipping costs appear.
Why the watch did not move when I get it?
Sometimes automatic watch needs to wind manually, you can contact our customer service for teaching video.
If you have any coupon?
We have a coupon for new customers, and If purchasing more than 3 watches, we will provide the best price. You can contact our customer service for detail.
How can I set time and date？

Does the chronograph function？
For Swiss automatic watch and quartz watch, the chronograph can work; if Asian movement automatic watch, the chronograph is non-functioned. You can contact our customer service for details.
Are the watches water resistant?
All our Asian grade watches are water resistant but not waterproof. We do not recommend you taking it to shower room or swimming pool. Taking the watches underwater will revoke their guarantee.
If you need it waterproof, you can contact our customer service to add an extra waterproof device to your watch by only 30$. And the waterproof depth would be 10meters or so.
What does automatic movement mean?
Automatic refers to a watch movement composed of an automatic winding mechanism, which allows the watch to run automatically without a battery. The advantage of this is that the watch does not require a battery to operate. Its disadvantage is that the watch should be maintained once a year to ensure that it runs smoothly.
If I am not satisfied with your items, can I get a refund?
We guarantee that the watch you receive is exactly the same as the watch you ordered. If you are not satisfied, please contact tagheuerwatches.to within 30 days after receiving the order. If you are not satisfied, you can contact customer service to apply for a refund.
If you are not satisfied with the item and want to exchange it, its customer is responsible for the shipping.
